Andrew Smith has over 30 years of experience in business, leadership and alternative dispute resolution, including experience as a business, commercial and technology attorney.

As a mediator, he facilitates individual and organizational conflicts working with parties to achieve solutions covering Employment & Labor, Engineering, Construction, Technology, IT, Elder & Estate, Business, and more.

Andrew serves as President of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM), the state’s largest organization devoted to mediation.

His Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Services include: Mediation, Conflict Management; Conflict System Design: Organizational Conflict Analysis; and Arbitration. He is an Accredited Professional Mediator (APM) with NJAPM.
